Our number one seller is “Jalapeño Rosemary Rub” aka “Halley Rose “. It is extremely tasty and does not pack too much heat, we give it a 6 out of 10 for heat.

It is amazing on chicken, pork and lamb. It is also especially good on garden vegetables, above all my favourite would be baby potatoes done in an air fryer. So amazing!

Berta Blast
“Berta Blast” Our beef and wild game rub is named after my favourite province, Alberta! So we called this one “Berta Blast”, It is extremely good on beef and even wild game .

It’s an exotic blend of black pepper, cumin, garlic, mustard powder, salt, pinch of sugar and a few other ingredients to round it out.

It has a medium heat a 7 out of 10. This one is one of the most popular for all of you hunters out there.  I have tested it on Elk, Moose and Deer, and it has performed flawlessly. It really accents wild meat and literally mutes, the sometimes, (Gamey taste), of these animals.

Squeeler Sealer
“Squeeler sealer” is our most favourite pork rub ever. We always score very well in competitions with this one on pulled pork.  We use it on everything from pulled pork to ribs to pork tenderloin.

This one has a bit more heat, and we give it a 7 out of 10 for Spiciness.  This will definitely “amp up”, your pulled pork game and get the fam jam wondering how the hell you made such amazing Pulled Pork Sammies! It’s a little on the sweeter side but not too sweet.                                                                     

Palm Lickin’ Chicken
“Palm Lickin’ Chicken“ is a delicious chicken rub . It’s a truly complete dry rub for anything Poultry. A distinctive blend of herbs ‘n spices that makes chicken really flavour full.

There are even ground bay leaves in it, this presents with a herby, earthy flavour that just works wonderfully on poultry and is unique in the market.
